The history of JSC “CentroStalKonstruktsiya” originates in July 1939 at a construction site on production, mounting and repair of prefabricated metal reservoirs and laying of pipe lines for petroleum storage depots No. 1 and No. 2 in Kiev. Since the first year of its existence the company has been quickly developing production facilities and professionalism. During the Great Patriotic War the company worked at construction of defence objects and restores ruined ones in Kiev, including plants Arsenal, Bolshevik, Krasny Ekskavator, session hall of Supreme Soviet of USSR. For heroic labour in construction and restoration of defense and industrial objects employees of the company were repeatedly honoured with state rewards and orders.

Already in the Soviet period of the history of Ukraine “CentroStalKonstruktsiya” leaded in the sphere of production and erection of complex metal constructions. The staff of the company justly holds the following objects as their “own”: foot bridge over Dnipro; Ukraina Hotel (formerly Moscow Hotel), Kiev Hotel, Lybid Hotel; Sports Palace and Ukraina Palace; TV Broadcasting Tower; Memorial and Museum of Great Patriotic War; All-Welded Paton Bridge over Dnipro; Monument in Commemoration of Reunion of Ukraine and Russia (Kyiv); Beer Plant “BBH” (Kiev); Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Kyiv); more than 300 industrial enterprises in Ukraine and abroad.

In January 1994 on the basis of the trust a Joint Stock Company “CentroStalKonstruktsiya” was established.

n 1986 the staff of the directorate took active part in liquidation of consequences of the incident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant (production and mounting of metal structures for protective shield).

At present the company employs more than 1000 specialists, possesses 7 production facilities and branches. The company is completely equipped with specialized equipment and provided with professional technologies, this allows fulfilling projects in short space of time. The company possesses 170 assembly cranes with carrying capacity up to 250 tons and other special techniques.
